This detached villa is a child friendly family villa, as the pool is screened off from by railings on the patio. Also round the back is the boiler house for the Chappee oil fired boiler which is perfect to warm up the property during those cold winter nights. On the side of the boiler house is the Solar Edge control unit for the 11 solar panels on the roof which powers the electricity and heats the swimming pool. There is a polypropylene bubble sheet on a roller which fixes to the end of the pool when one wants to keep the heat in the pool overnight. 

Upstairs are the 3 main double bedrooms, two with en-suite and family bathroom all have good built-in storage units and more on the landing. These bedrooms lead out to the spacious balcony which have part sea views, here you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

 There is a polypropylene bubble sheet on a roller which fixes to the end of the pool when one wants to keep the heat in the pool overnight.
